He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Clay and Nora Evelyn Rash Bishop; and his sisters, Diane Logan and Madge Lineberry. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Vickers (Scott) of North Wilkesboro, Scott Bishop (Cindy) of North Wilkesboro, Jessica Sales (Christian) of Charlotte and Taylor Bishop of Wilkesboro; and his siblings, James Edward Bishop (Donna) of North Wilkesboro and Elaine Frazier of Moravian Falls. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
