He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Kyte; his brother Jason Church; and his grandparents, Lee, Thelma Church, Shore and Evia Bullis.
He is survived by: his mother Debra Ann Bullis Church; his brothers, Dennis Church (Sherry) of Millers Creek and Jimmy Church (Latasha) of Millers Creek; and his nephews, Jeff Ashley, Logan Church, Gunner Church and Colton Church. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Per the family, face masks will be required.
