With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Wayne Spears of Millers Creek, North Carolina, who passed away on July 7, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Calloway and Aurelia Walker Spears; and his nephew Keith Byrd. He is survived by: his wife Linda Dyer Spears; his daughters, Terri Carey (John) of Millers Creek and Andrea Spears of Millers Creek; his sister Evelyn Vinson of Hickory; and his niece Regina Messina (Robert) of Hickory.
