He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Beshears of Raleigh, William Beshears of Wilkes and Velinda Beshears of Jonesville; his sister Juanita Hodges (Derick) of Wilkesboro; his aunt Geraldine; his uncle Lloyd Miller of Millers Creek; and his grandchildren, Trey Beshears of Wilkesboro, Mason Beshears of Wilkesboro and Haydan Beshears of Wilkesboro. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
