It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Bumgarner Willard (Millers Creek, North Carolina), born in Gastonia, North Carolina, who passed away on May 13, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Benjamin Franklin Willard; her children, Linda Lee, Alan Willard and James Goudes; and her sister Rena Smith.

She is survived by: her sons, David Willard (Libby) and Steven Willard; and her granddaughters, Courtney Love and Laragh Mooney.
