He was predeceased by: his son Grandon Kyte Lee Church; his father Daniel Kyte Church; his brother Joey Church; and his grandparents, Lee, Thelma Church, Shore and Elva Bullis.
He is survived by: his mother Debra Ann Bullis Church of Millers Creek; his wife Sherry Church of Millers Creek; his children, Jeff Ashley of Millers Creek, Autumn Prevette (JaRontai) of Winston Salem and Montana Church (Dustin) of Millers Creek; his grandson Adonis; and his brother Jimmy Church of Millers Creek. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, not to mention his in laws, numerous other friends and family.
