She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Edward Milam and Betty Mae Johnson Milam; and her sister Debra Milam. She is survived by: her husband Dustin Simons; her children, Ashlyn Winebarger and Mark Milam (Elise Brown) of Purlear; her sister Donna Milam of Wilkesboro; her grandchildren, Jaxton and Shiloh Milam of Purlear; and her nephew Anthony Milam (Heather) of Florida.
