He is survived by: his parents, Chris Church of North Wilkesboro and Sandra "Sandy" Simpson; his stepfather Jonathan Simpson of Maryland; his sisters, Monica Adams (Chad) of Purlear, Santana Bitner (Shea) of Purlear and Amber Church of North Carolina; and his grandparents, Mary Church of North Wilkesboro, George Church of North Wilkesboro and Betty Cole of Maryland. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
