He is survived by: his wife Brenda Trivette; his children, Jessica Mongold of Wilkesboro, Crystal Whitley (Marty) of Hays, Mary Rash (Joey) of Mulberry, Waylon Walker (Shannon) of Wilkesboro and Jonathan Griffin (Angie) of Hickory; and his siblings, Tammy Trivette of Millers Creek, Sherry Bumgarner (Charles) of Millers Creek, Tina Treadway of Wilkesboro, Janet Porter of Wilkesboro, Rita Payne of Wilkesboro and Ricky Trivette of Moravian Falls. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
