We are sad to announce that on September 20, 2021, at the age of 58, Carroll Lowe Jr. of Millers Creek, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Carroll Douglas Lowe, Sr. and Kaye White Lowe of Ahoskie, NC; his sister Lisa Lowe Brown (Randy) of Boone; his niece Brittany Story (Austin) of Vilas; his nephew Derek Brown (Leslie) of Lenoir; his great-niece Hadley; his great-nephew Ryland; and his mother-in-law Dorothy Curry of Winston Salem. He is also survived by five brothers in-law; and three sisters in-law; and several cousins.
