She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Otto and Kelia Foster McGlamery; her husband Herbert Hoover Gregory; her son-in-law Daniel W. Pierce; and her siblings, Alfretta Tulbert, LaVern Lankford, Lorene Craven, Zena McGlamery of Virginia, Vada Waters, Faye Kilby, Hester Gregory, Delores Minton, Elton McGlamery and Coy McGlamery.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Taylor (Scott) of Morganton and Zena Vee Pierce of Millers Creek; her grandchildren, Jason Pierce, Jennifer Johnson Owens (Dustin), Nathan Johnson, Sloane Pierce, Travis Taylor (Chelsey) and Bradley Taylor (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Aiko Owens, Dawson Taylor and Ibie Taylor; and her sisters, Wilma Waddell of North Wilkesboro and Kaye Lovette (John) of Millers Creek. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
