He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Eller and Mona Victoria Lovette Eller; and his siblings, Connie Faye Parsons and Harold Dean Eller. He is survived by: his wife Esther Shepherd Eller; his children, Sandra Bell of Millers Creek and Rodney Eller (Lisa) of Millers Creek; his grandchildren, Amanda Bell Chapman (Nathan) of Cullowhee and Lindsay Eller of Millers Creek; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Garret and Brodie Chapman; and his sister-in-law Emogene Eller. He is also survived by niece and nephews.
