She was predeceased by: her parents, James Garfield and Rodie Shepherd Sheets; her husband James Garfield Cockerham; her daughter Joyce Webb; her grandson Scotty Webb; and her siblings, Redford, Charlie, Willie Sheets, Lucy Wayne, Dacie Shepherd and Stella Walker.
She is survived by: her daughter Ann Royal (Billy) of North Wilkesboro; her son-in-law Ricky Webb of Millers Creek; her grandchildren, Jason Webb of Millers Creek and Shannon McNeil (Randall) of Mulberry; her great grandchildren, Jayden Webb of Millers Creek, Jaxton Webb of Millers Creek, Andrew Webb of Millers Creek and Sylas McNeil of Mulberry; and her sisters, Georgia Koontz of Millers Creek and Dottie Sheets of Millers Creek.
