He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert O. Norris and Lola Irene Griffin Norris; and his son Wilbert Neil Norris, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Nuckolls (Joe) of Hendersonville, Tammy Crosby (Eddie) of Hendersonville and Kandy Waters (Robbie) of Rutherfordton; his daughter-in-law Janie Norris of Mill Spring; his grandchildren, Justin Sherman, Ryan Taylor, Trey Taylor (U. S. Navy), Kyler Buckner (Ky-Boy), Amanda Carden, Sherry Cotton and Heather Sanders; his great grandchildren, Waylon Carden, Memphis Carden, Abigail Sherman, Sarah Sherman, Forrest Taylor, Ashlynn McCoy, Shayna Landreth and Mia Sullivan; and his sister Kena Norris Becka of Houston, Texas..
