He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoyte Bailey and Hazel Dobbins Bailey; his siblings, Hoyte Bailey, Jr., Phil Bailey and Georlene Holland; and his brother-in-law Max Holland.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Searcy Bailey; his children, Ben Bailey (Debbie) of Rutherford County, Brian Bailey (Brandy) of Rutherford County and Sherry Davis of Boiling Springs; and his stepdaughters, Christy Thompson (Bryan) of Rutherford County and Holly Greene of Rutherford County. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
