He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harley Foy and Nellie Dalton Foy; and his son Lewis Keith Foy. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Stott Foy; his children, Timothy Foy of Mill Spring and Sonya Levister of Mill Spring; and his brother Fred Foy (Julie) of Mill Spring.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
