She was predeceased by: her father James Clifton Teachey. She is survived by: her mother Betty Hoyle Teachey; her husband Don Tate; her stepchildren, Chelsea Sampson, Colin Laird and Amber Laird; her sister Angie Bradham (Jamey); her nieces and nephews, Lucy and Clif Bradham; her mother-in-law Frances Tate; her aunts, Helen Englert, Carolyn Fish, Mary Hoyle, Martha Snavely and Linda Williams (Wayne); her stepgrandchildren, Jaxon, Callie Sampson and Greyson Lamperez; and her friend Gene White. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
