He was predeceased by: his parents, Garvin Lee and Lola Gibbs Pace; and his wife Gladys Hudgins Pace. He is survived by: his children, Wendell Pace (Robin) of Mill Spring and Barbara Pace Thompson of Mill Spring, NC; his grandsons, Joshua Pace, Lee Pace (Amanda) and Michael Thompson (Kacey); his great grandchildren, Braylee and L. J. Pace; and his siblings, Essie Mae Gilbert, Ailene Wilson, Pat Rickman and Richard Pace.
