He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Corn and Elzie Mack Raines. He is survived by: his spouse Bobbie Hannon Raines; his children, Heather Wilson, Robert Raines, Jennifer Dockery and Matthew Raines; and his siblings, Jamie Raines and Joan Conner. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
