He was predeceased by: his mother Norma Shehan; and his grandparents, Howard and Rose Ruff. He is survived by: his wife Kari Sain Ruff; his daughters, Kelia Maner (Jason) of Kings Mountain and Katie Hawks (Heath) of Augusta, Georgia; his grandson Mason Maner; and his sisters, Beck Nelon (John) of Sunny View, Wanda Russell of Mill Spring and Pam Tessnear (Brian) of Columbus.
