He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard James Ruff, Sr. and Rose Agetha Norman Ruff; his wife Judy Ruff; and his siblings, Norma Sheehan, Gladys Melton, Rose Foster (Sissy), Jesse George Ruff, Howard Ruff (Sonny) and Robert (Duck). He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and life-long friends.
