He is survived by: his mother Kathy Whray of Round; his wife Deedee Murdock Whray; his daughters, Nicole Whray of Matthews, NC and Abbie Whray; and his siblings, Susan Barrineau of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Eddie Whray Jr. (Rhonda) of Prosperity, Paul Whray (Robin) of Ridgeville, SC, James Whray (Linda) of Merced, CA and Scott Whray of Charleston, SC..
Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Zionville, NC at 4:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Touch the World Ministries in memory of Thomas, P.O. Box 218, Todd, NC 28684.
