She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Payne and Linda Payne; her husband Wayne Phillips; her daughters, Callista Worsnop, Samara Hairfield and Daria Custer; her sister Jennifer Payne; and her granddaughters, Raelyn and Emerie.
