It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Plummer (Midland, North Carolina), who passed away on March 16, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Grady Simpson and Clara Elizabeth Hartsell Simpson; and her brother Donald Simpson. She is survived by: her husband George Plummer; her children, Darrill Plummer (Jamie), Beverly Watts (Ray), Kenneth Plummer and Chrissy Smith; her grandchildren, Jon, Melissa, Matthew, Liz, Jessica, Courtney, Nicholas, Caleb and Joey; and her siblings, Frances Gray, Warren Simpson, Joyce Starnes, Lynn Fink and Dwight Simpson. She is also survived by many loving friends and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pine Grove Baptist Church.
