He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Louise and John Craig Sawyer; and his siblings, Agrippa Sawyer and Joan Chappell. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his son Heath; his daughter-in-law Heather; his granddaughter Hannah; his siblings, Ann Eure (Carlton), Billy (Theresa) and Donnie; and his siblings-in-law, Bobby Chappell and Sandy Sawyer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and great-great nieces.
