He is survived by: his father Douglas Ronald Thomas; his sisters, Julie and Teresa Thomas; his children, Ryan James Eaglen, Briana Lynn Thomas, Kelsey Cheyanne Thomas and Jason Dakota Thomas; and his grandson Jackson Ray Thomas. He is also survived by two grandfathers, and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
