“Darrell was my best friend when we were just young boys. I remember spending the night at Darrells house and making frozen pizzas and staying up late watching Monty Python. Back then Audrey was home coming Queen, a real beauty of a girl and Darrells mom was so nice. We were in 8th grade and had so many good times together. I will always consider Darrell a very dear friend and it saddens me to know that he is gone. He will be missed by all. Ron Odom, Mint Hill”
