He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Bass Pulley and Roxann Johnson (James); his grandchildren, Bert Johnson, Roger Johnson (Nikki) and Christopher Johnson (Allison); his great grandchildren, Braden, Hailey, Ava, Brooklynn, Cash, Addie Grace and Charlie Kate; and his adoptive parents, Shirley Lane, Kathy Wheeler, Donna, Charles Flanagan, Molly and Trooper.
