She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Manning; her children, Brett Bissette (Angela) of Wilson, Dale Bissette (Kathy) of Phoenix, AZ and Kim Manning of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Amanda, Rachel (Nick) and Aaron (Rionna); her great grandchild Charlotte; and her brother Everette Wiggs (Peggy) of Middlesex.
