She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Woodard Brown and Houston; her husband Charles Ransom Bailey; her son Michael Ransom Bailey; and her sisters, Clara, Marie and Dorothy.
She is survived by: her daughter Kelly Bailey Siler (Jay) of Siler City; her grandchildren, Tre Newell, Jacob and Lia Carter; and her sister Rachel Talton. She is also survived by In laws and nieces and nephews.
