He is survived by: his children, Kim Manning of Raleigh, Brett Bissette (Angela) of Wilson and Dale Bissette (Kathy) of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Amanda, Rachel (Nick) and Aaron (Rionna); his great grandchild Charlotte; and his brothers, Ray Manning of Middlesex and Howard Manning (Sarah) of Bailey.
