He is survived by: his children, Theresa, Denise, Lori, Samantha, Katharine and Howard; his grandchildren, Brianna, Jacob, Matthew, Travis, Jordan, Tommy, Rebecca, Chloe and Lauren (Cole); and his great grandchildren, Lilly-Ann and Sophia Rose. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
