He is survived by: his wife Ginger Vance Bullock; his son Charles Damon Bullock (Rachel Scheller); his granddaughter Lillian Bullock; his children, David William Bullock II (Dawn Scott) and Lindsey Michelle Bullock; his sister Donna Bullock Crouse (Mike Crouse); and his friend Billy Hales. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
