Michael Lewis (Audrey) of Wilson; his siblings, Kate Manning of Middlesex, Ray Lewis of Middlesex, Benny Lewis (Katie) of Zebulon and Johnny Lewis of Middlesex; his grandchildren, Caleb Michael Lewis (Amber), Brandon Lee Lewis, Jessica Sage, Amanda Harvey and Ashley Tayman; and his great grandchild Tiffany Sage.
