He is survived by: his wife Kathy Susan Medlin Curtis; his daughter Angela Reneé Curtis; his stepson Tony William Cone; his granddaughters, Makenzie Reneé and Makayla Raye of Zebulon; and his sister Ann Curtis of Clayton.
