We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2019, at the age of 82, Buford L. Stancil (Middlesex, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandson Roger Walker; his parents, George Vernon and Maude Cuddington Stancil; his stepmother Mavis Stancil; his sisters, Ruth Lewis and Peggy Johnson; and his stepsiblings, Claudia Guzzo and Ollie Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Jo Godwin Stancil; his children, Jamie Walker (Jeff) and Joey Stancil (Sandra); his grandchildren, Jillian Smith, Landon Walker, Paige Stalcup, April Phillips and Samantha Tobias; his great grandchildren, Easton, Caden Smith, Aubrey Walker, Reese, Cara Walker, Riley and Kamryn Phillips; and his sister Margaret Stancil.
