She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Rhoten and Zady Smith Rhoten; her husband Ovel Tomberlin; her son Ronall Tomberlin; and her siblings, Betty Strong, Morgan and Herman Rhoten.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Louise Tomberlin of Micaville; her granddaughter Sherry Tomberlin of Marion; and her niece Gwen Minton of Wilkesboro. She is also survived by Numerous other nieces, nephews and special friends.
