He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Johnson and Dorothy Johnson; and his parents-in-law, Dr. Robert Alden Davis, Sr. and Sarah Elizabeth 'Lib Davis. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Jo Johnson; his sons, Brandon and Brian Johnson; his daughter-in-law Kim Johnson; his granddaughters, Katherine and Charlotte Johnson; his sisters, Marion Cale, Peggy Cobb and Dianne Davis; his siblings-in-law, Dr. Robert Alden Davis, Jr., Brian Davis, George Cobb, Kelly and Petra Davis; and his nieces and nephews, Taylor Faulkner, Hunter Davis, Mallory Davis, Lynn Cale, Hope Cobb, Rob Davis, Jeff Davis, Chris Cale, Brent Cobb and Grayson Faulkner.
