He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Raleigh and Pauline Suis Baker; his wife Sue Mizelle Baker; and his brothers, Billy and Phil Baker.
He is survived by: his daughter Tonya Baker Mizelle (Ashley); his grandchildren, Kimberly Northcott and Camdon Mizelle; his sister-in-law Joyce Ann Evans Baker; his nieces, Angie and Emilie Baker; and his nephew Jordan Baker.
