He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherllie Todd and Sallie Askew Todd; and his siblings, Frances Farless, Janice Castellow and Gene Todd.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Harris Todd; his sons, Keith Todd (Denise) of Windsor, Martin Todd (Wendee) of Windsor and Neil Leonard (Whitney) of Wrightsville Beach; and his grandchildren, Davis Todd (Alanna), Brandon Todd and Sophie Todd.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Ross Baptist Church, 1020 Bull Hill Road, or to the Samantha Hoggard Scholarship Fund, 951 Bull Hill Road, Windsor, NC 27983.
