He is survived by: his wife Joyce Evans Baker; his daughters, Angie Baker, Lake Arrowhead and Emilie Underwood of Williamsburg, VA; his grandchildren, Evan Baker and Delanie Underwood; and his siblings, Raleigh Baker, David Tolin of Jacksonville, NC and Becky Maready of Jacksonville, NC..
