He is survived by: his wife Gladys Poole Pennix; his son Gibson Pennix of Graham, NC; and his siblings, Melvin Pennix (Patricia) of Mebane, NC, Leroy Pennix (Elaine) of Mebane, NC, Eula P. Bigelow of Burlington and Stella P. Barnes of Reidsville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
