He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Setzer and Gladys Setzer; and his siblings, Dennis Setzer, Jerry Setzer and Norma Jean Setzer Puett.
He is survived by: his wife Paula T. Setzer; his children, Stephanie Setzer Daniel (Woody), Chris Setzer (Kim) and Julie Setzer Carrow (Steve); his grandchildren, Jason Rice, Logan Rice, Leanna Daniel Stuhlmiller, Jarrod Setzer, Chris Pope, Cam Carrow and Jack Carrow of Carter; and his great grandchild Savanna Rice. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
They ask that any donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
