He was predeceased by: his parents, James Paul Jones and Icie Burdell Roberts Jones. He is survived by: his wife Lillie Jones of Mebane; his son Thomas Jones (Debra) of Mebane; and his siblings, J. E. Jones, Marvin Jones, Paul Junior Jones, Phillip Jones, Mike Jones, Norman Jones, Randall Jones, Randy Jones, Doyle Jones, Darrell Jones, Mildred Shears, Margie Smith, Doris Pruitt and Barbara Epperson. He is also survived by two grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
