It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas E. Randolph (Mebane, North Carolina), born in Cuba, New York, who passed away on February 14, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Larry Randolph and Helen Randolph Olean; his children, Sean Randolph Cuba (Jill), Shelly Woodruff Jamestown and Shane Randolph Springville (Kimberly); his siblings, Barbara J. (Ricky), Nancy Hamilton Hammondsport (Doug), Patricia Colbey Lancaster (Gilbert), Susan James Cuba (Mark), Kenneth Randolph (Sue), Michael Randolph Portville (Amy) and Andrew Randolph Portville (Jennifer); and his daughter Shannon Pepper.
