He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Belt and Josephine Crews Allred; and his son Brian Allred. He is survived by: his wife Linda Ball Allred; his daughter Wendy Karen Allred Handy; his grandchildren, Brittany Michelle Handy and Brandon Michael Handy; his great grandchildren, Franklin Jr. Kenion and Savannah Michelle Handy; and his aunt Sally Moore. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
