He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory Furman and Frances Carden Parker of Durham. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Parker; his children, Dana Parker Aderhold (Mark) and Roger Kirk D. Parker (Holly); his stepchildren, Cheryl Russell and Greer Clemons (Toby); his grandchildren, Parker Aderhold, Bailey Aderhold, Bray Parker and Olivia Parker; his stepgrandchild Shelby Clemons; and his sister Susan Naylor (George). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
