He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hawk and Antonio Cook Hawk. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Hawk; his children, Ashley Gooch (Christopher), Christopher Hawk (Nicole) and Stacie Hawk (Chris Tate); his grandchildren, Drew, Mackenzie, Cooper, Aden, Harper, Aubree, Peyton and Preston; his nieces, Cynthia Renee Reagan and Cheyenne Reagan; and his siblings, Cathy Watson, Nikki Nutter and Jeff Hawk.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Duke Pulmonary Research Fund.
