He was predeceased by: his father James Wilson Bell; and his brother Jimmy Bell. He is survived by: his daughter Kim; his son-in-law Mike Hoover; his grandchildren, Bradley Hoover and Addison Martin (Phillip); his great grandchild Nolan Martin; and his sister Harriette Holt (Danny). He is also survived by several sister-in-laws, a brother-in-law, nieces and nephews.
