He was predeceased by: his parents, A. J. Sutton and Theda Perry Sutton; and his spouse Beverly Kay Ward. He is survived by: his children, Tracy Toombs, Phil Sutton and Jennifer Journigan; his stepchildren, Tori Craig and Teresa Taylor; and his brothers, Mike and Joe Sutton. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
